Current CQR Grade 3 compliant Contacts
The requirements for Grade 3 compliant contacts after April 2007 still require that all Grade 3 contacts must have EOL resistors factory fitted, unless EOL resistors or ID biscuits can be installed on installation. They also require that, in addition, they must have magnetic detection or immunity. This new CQR range of G3 contacts have been designed to meet either one of these requirements.

Current CQR Grade 3 compliant Panic Buttons
This further range of panic buttons from CQR has been designed to meet the requirements after April 2007. The use of panic buttons after April 2007 in a Grade 3 system, still requires that the removal of a cover guarantees a tamper signal and not a “hold-up” or PA signal. In addition, the inspectorates have further specified that a mechanical micro switch tamper be used in all cases. This range of panic buttons is designed to meet that requirement.
