16. How do I program Contact ID from the keypad ?
We recommend using the software where possible to alter the Contact ID settings but if required this can be changed from the keypad.
Programming the JA-65X digital dialer for Contact ID protocol using the keypad
To select Contact ID enter (in P mode): 0390
To select the Contact ID events to be transmitted:
Enter 0 xxxrc where
xxx= event number from the below table (column N)
rc= report code (for Contact ID only, 00= event not reported to CMS, 11 = event reported)
Central Monitoring Station report codes table for Contact ID only (a larger table is needed for other protocols)
For Contact ID protocol, program code 11 for events (Rc) which you want to report and the system will generate all details regarding the event automatically including the events source details.
